The MPS Powerstop HDD is an advanced stop system specifically developed for heavy-duty applications. The system is known for its high positioning accuracy of ±0.25 mm and an impressive length range from 1.5 to 18 metres. With a positioning speed of 40 metres per minute, the MPS Powerstop HDD is an excellent choice for professionals in the installation and construction sectors.
Features of the MPS Powerstop HDD
The drive system of the MPS Powerstop HDD is powered by a strong servo motor with a gear reducer. The system moves smoothly along an aluminium rail using four guide rollers with hardened steel shafts. The control unit is equipped with a large full-colour LCD display, making it easy to read and adjust all settings.
This innovative system can be positioned on both the left and right sides of the machine. When the stop cannot reach the processing machine, an optional nose piece can be used to bridge the distance.
