Automatic operation saw
The MPS Straight Cut 600 is a versatile aluminium saw for straight cutting a wide range of profiles. Its unique clamping system makes the machine suitable for all sectors. The large cutting capacity and powerful feed system enable cutting profiles both individually and in bundled packs.
The modern screen offers manual or fully automatic operation. The hinged safety guard ensures safety and easy access, while three extraction ports efficiently remove chips.

Positioning system
The MPS positioning system has a guide rail on the feed track, with cabling in a galvanized steel gutter system at the rear.
The robust push-up carriage moves the push-up arm accurately to the set positions and hovers just above the track, allowing even thin strips to be pushed up.
The system is driven by a brushless servo motor that moves silently over linear guides with helical teeth.

Feed conveyor
The MPS feed conveyor is a stable, closed conveyor with a 100 mm high rear guide and a width of 450 mm.
For the covering, you can choose between Trespa with wear strips every 2 meters, plastic rollers, or galvanized steel rollers.

Sawing machine
The saw feed is available in two versions: hydropneumatic feed with saw height adjustment, or servo-controlled feed, which allows the saw height and speed to be set via software.
A vertical pressure roller can be added as an option to slow down the material during pushing.

Discharge conveyor
The machine is equipped with a 4-meter-long discharge conveyor as standard, which can be extended in 2-meter modules as an option. The conveyor is stable and closed, with a 100 mm high rear guide and a width of 450 mm. The covering can consist of Trespa with wear strips every 2 meters, plastic rollers, or galvanized steel rollers.
To allow the machine to continue unmanned production for longer periods, it can be equipped with a profile ejection system and buffer table.

MPS Straightcut 600 sawing machine
The sawing machine has a welded sheet steel base with a polished cast steel sawing table. The vertical sawing clamp presses on both sides of the saw with a hood-shaped pressure plate that moves along linear guides. The pressure of the pressure cylinder is adjustable. The horizontal pressure clamp has a stroke cylinder with a passage of 400 mm. The hinged saw hood has a viewing window and LED lighting on the inside for a better view of the saw table.
Operation
The control unit can be positioned in the ideal position thanks to the swivel arm. The professional-looking 12" touchscreen displays all the information the operator needs.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with the MPS Control and sawing optimization module, in which case the control unit is equipped with a 19“ PC touchscreen.
