Features of the ERLO TH 40
The ERLO TH 40 comes standard with two machining zones, allowing a workpiece to be clamped in one zone while machining is carried out simultaneously in the other. In addition, the machine features an 8-station tool changer, enabling extended periods of production without manual intervention. This makes the ERLO TH 40 an ideal solution for production environments where efficiency and continuity are essential.
Accuracy and Control
The standard accuracy of the ERLO TH 40 is up to +/- 0.15 mm. For users who require even higher precision, the machine can optionally be equipped with optical scales on the X and Y axes, achieving an accuracy of <0.05 mm. The ERLO TH 40 is further equipped with a Mitsubishi CNC M-70 control, enabling fast and easy CNC programming based on ISO code.
