The GKS-12036T3 by GWEIKE is a heavy-duty tube laser specifically designed for efficient and accurate cutting of long and heavy tubes. Thanks to the advanced 360° pneumatic 3-chuck system and moving supports, each tube is optimally supported - preventing deformation and ensuring maximum precision.

The machine can process round tubes Ø30–350 mm and square/rectangular tubes up to 350×350 mm, with a maximum load of 1,200 kg per tube and cutting lengths up to 12,500 mm. Special profiles can also be cut with ease.

With an optional bevel head, angled cuts are possible, making the machine ideal for complex structures and weld preparation.

The GKS-12036T3 combines power, accuracy, and efficiency - making it the perfect solution for professional tube cutting.

Independent servo-controlled support

Independent servo-controlled support on the loading and unloading side supports the tube simultaneously in both vertical and horizontal directions and ensures a secure grip on slender tubes.

350 pneumatic chuck with no scrap residue

The robust pneumatic chuck ensures stable clamping without damaging the workpiece. Thanks to the movement of the three chucks, no cutting scrap remains.
