Collision detection
Gweike collision detection continuously monitors the distance between the cutting head and the sheet material. If unexpected material deformation occurs outside the set tolerances - such as a warped sheet caused by heat - the cutting head immediately stops the cutting process.
This prevents damage to both the machine and the workpiece, while improving safety and process reliability.
Assist-gas pressure DA correction
Gweike assist-gas pressure DA correction (Pressure Deviation correction) takes the performance of your sheet laser to the next level. This intelligent system ensures the cutting-gas pressure always remains at the preset value.
The system eliminates pressure fluctuations in real time.
Automatic nozzle change (optional)
