The SOCO SLT-152-FIBER 3D is the latest generation fiber laser system for tubes and profiles, offering a revolutionary solution for the tube and pipe industry. With more than 30 years of experience in tube cutting technology design and manufacturing, SOCO specializes in delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
Features of the SOCO SLT-152-FIBER 3D
Thanks to a wavelength of 1.064 micrometers, the fiber lasers of the SOCO SLT-152-FIBER 3D achieve an extremely small focal diameter, resulting in an intensity up to 100 times higher than comparable CO₂ lasers. These lasers are virtually maintenance-free and offer a minimum service life of 25,000 laser hours.
The SOCO SLT-152-FIBER 3D is equipped with a 1.0 kW or 2.0 kW laser resonator, a 5-axis CNC control with touchscreen, and an intelligent interface that significantly enhances ease of use.

Processes and Profiles with the SOCO SLT-152-FIBER 3D
The SOCO SLT-152-FIBER 3D supports a wide range of processes, including automatic tube loading, automatic material alignment, feeding and rotation, and automated unloading.
It can cut round, square, rectangular, oval, L-shaped, and C-shaped profiles, processing materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Optional advanced features include seam detection, mandrel systems for weld spatter extraction, and automatic laser cutting path planning. These capabilities make the SOCO SLT-152-FIBER 3D an essential tool for modern tube processing.
