Product description

The Thomas ZIP22 is a versatile manually operated band saw designed for installation and construction applications. With a maximum cutting capacity of Ø180 mm, it enables precise and efficient cutting.

Features of the Thomas ZIP22

The machine is equipped with a 0.5 / 0.75 kW 400V motor with two cutting speeds (30–60 m/min) and an integrated coolant system.

The mitre system allows cutting angles from 0° to 60° to the right. The vibration-free saw frame ensures stability and precision.

The ZIP22 can be expanded with MPS roller conveyors and measuring systems.

The Thomas ZIP22 is supplied complete with an M42 bi-metal saw blade, coolant system, and stand.

Manual operation includes manual clamping, cutting feed, and saw bow lifting.
