Product description
The Thomas ZIP32 is a manually operated band saw designed for precise cutting of various materials. With a maximum cutting capacity of Ø255 mm, it is ideal for installation and construction companies.
Product Features of the Thomas ZIP32
The machine is equipped with a 0.85 / 1.1 kW 400V motor with two cutting speeds (32–64 m/min) and an integrated coolant system.
The mitre system allows cuts from 45° left to 60° right. The vibration-free saw frame ensures stable and accurate cutting.
The ZIP32 can be expanded with MPS roller conveyors and measuring systems.
Complete Delivery
The Thomas ZIP32 is supplied complete with an M42 bi-metal saw blade, coolant connection, and stand.
Manual Operation
The machine is fully manually operated, including clamping, cutting feed, and saw bow lifting.
