The WISENT LZ300RHA is a robust half-automatic hydraulic stationary bandsaw with Ø255 mm capacity.

It is a fully hydraulic saw with continuously adjustable cutting feed and an integrated coolant system.

A rotating round saw table and dual-sided mitre system allow 45° left and 60° right cutting.

The steel machine base is manufactured as one piece for added stability.

The machine features a 1.5 kW / 400V motor with two blade speeds (35–70 m/min).

A vibration-free saw frame with carbide precision blade guidance and ball-bearing guidance ensures quiet, accurate cutting.

User-friendly operation

Quick approach Wisent machines

The quick approach and cut start are combined in one control lever. Press the quick approach button: the saw arm lowers to the material. Release the button and press start cut: the cutting cycle begins from that point—making operation fast and efficient.

All Wisent saws can be expanded with MPS roller conveyors and MPS measuring systems.

Half-automatic system

This half-automatic (hydraulically controlled) bandsaw automatically closes the vice, provides automatic cutting feed, automatically raises the saw arm, and automatically opens the vice—making it highly efficient for daily use.
