The WISENT LZ530HA is a powerful, robust half-automatic hydraulic stationary bandsaw designed for professionals in installation and construction. It is engineered for efficient, accurate cutting and uses a stable 34 mm blade height for optimal performance. With fully hydraulic design and continuously adjustable cutting feed, it is a valuable addition to any machine park.

Key features of the WISENT LZ530HA

The one-piece steel machine base adds stability and durability. Powered by a 2.2 kW / 400V motor, the blade speed can be adjusted from 20 to 80 m/min for a wide range of materials. Thanks to its robust build and carbide precision blade guidance, the saw can efficiently cut workpieces up to Ø355 mm.

The WISENT LZ530HA is supplied complete with a bi-metal M42 blade, cabinet stand, and integrated coolant system. All Wisent saws can be expanded with MPS roller conveyors and MPS measuring systems for improved accuracy and convenience.

Ease of use

The quick approach function and cutting start are combined in one control lever. Press quick approach: the saw arm lowers to the material. Release and press start: the cutting cycle begins—making operation efficient and user-friendly.

Half-automatic hydraulic Wisent bandsaws like the LZ530HA automatically close the vice, provide automatic cutting feed, automatically lift the saw arm, and open the vice—saving time and increasing productivity.
