The JIH-I 16 CE horizontal semi-automatic circular saw with 0–45° mitre offers an impressive range of features. The undercutting saw blade allows users to process single or multiple workpieces at the same time, increasing productivity. During cutting, the oil-mist system automatically cools and lubricates, extending blade life and ensuring smoother operation.
The saw feed is driven by an air/hydraulic combination cylinder, delivering an extremely stable cutting speed. The 16″ blade is suitable for cutting light metals, PVC and wood. Both saw speed and clamping speed can be easily adjusted to user requirements. The worktable can also be tilted up to 45°, providing extra flexibility.
Options and applications
The JIH-I 16 can be expanded with infeed and outfeed roller conveyors for an even more efficient workflow. Accessories such as a chip tray, horizontal clamp and (optional) hydraulic saw feed are available to further optimize the cutting process.
