Automatic production line for short products
MPS specialises in automatic production lines for short products with milling and drilling operations. With our unique MPS machines and MPS-based software, we provide a complete custom solution package.
Optionally, short products can be stacked in boxes by a robot according to a pattern. The realisation of an automatic production line starts with mapping your wishes and requirements, followed by a custom layout to integrate the MPS machine seamlessly into your production hall.
Safety is central at MPS: our machines combine maximum accessibility with smart enclosures, fencing, and light curtains for optimal safety.
High-quality and robust
The machining section has a robust frame, on which high-quality machining units and a heavy-duty sawing unit are mounted to perform the desired operations at high speed. Most machining units are adjustable along the X-axis to enable as many operations as possible to be combined. The CNC milling units are each 3-axis servo-controlled high-speed milling units.
Automation of the feed section
Our machines can be fully automated in terms of profile supply, saving you on logistics and manual operations.
For automatic positioning, we use our high-quality, servo-controlled MPS positioning systems. These are equipped with MPS gripper systems to position your profiles accurately and quickly.
Automation of the discharge section
Our machines can be fully automated in terms of product discharge, saving you on logistics and manual operations. For automatic positioning, we use our high-quality, servo-controlled MPS positioning systems.
These are equipped with MPS gripper systems to position your profiles accurately and quickly. The discharge gripper takes over the profile from the supply gripper halfway through the production process and takes care of positioning during the final operations.

The MPS control software optimizes the machining sequence, allowing your products to be machined in record time. The clear interface makes it very easy to enter programs for each profile type. Cycle times and other OEE input for your management reports can be easily logged.
