Automatic Stainless Steel Sawing Line with Robot Removal
The MPS automatic production line cuts stainless steel profiles at high output and uses a robot to move cut profiles to the bending mold. The line is custom-made according to your requirements and offers safe, accessible machines. Profiles are automatically transported, cut, and moved by the robot to the next operation.
Automation of the feed section
The machine is supplied with profiles via an overhead crane with a gripper system, which transports them from the roll forming installation to a buffer position.
From the buffer, a set of 4 or 8 profiles is loaded onto the feed conveyor.
Servo-controlled MPS positioning systems and grippers ensure accurate and fast positioning.
The processing section
This machine is primarily intended for high-speed sawing of thin-walled stainless steel profiles.
The heavy-duty sawing unit is equipped with a high-quality gearbox, driven by a frequency-controlled sawing motor. The heavy-duty prism guide ensures a low-vibration setup.
The use of a servo-controlled saw feed cylinder allows for the most optimal sawing program with high feed speeds.
