Control
All MPS machines can be monitored by the work preparation department.
Work planners or operators can prepare new production batches during production.
Batches currently in production are locked. New production batches can already be prepared and queued during production. The machine can immediately continue with the next production batch. Result: maximized machine runtime!
The work planner controls the sequence of production batches and can also choose which machine will produce the batch.
The operator focuses solely on loading and unloading the correct profiles based on the production batches prepared by the work preparation department.
Importing
Fully automated import of production orders to minimize errors in production preparation.
Import formats: DSTV standard, MPS file standard, or a customer-specific import tool.
