Applications

The DIA203W is suitable for drilling in reinforced concrete, granite, marble, sandstone, natural stone, masonry, sand-lime brick, poroton, plastic, and even wood. The machine can be used hand-held, but also on a drill stand or drill rig, depending on the material and the required precision.

The diamond drilling machine can be used for both wet drilling and dry drilling with dust extraction. This makes the DIA203W perfect for through-holes for pipes and high-voltage cables, holes for reinforcing steel, and installation holes for stair and bridge railings or fencing. This machine also delivers reliable performance in sanitary and heating installations, garden and landscape construction, stonemasonry, steel and metal construction, and facade construction.

The DIA203W has an extremely wide drilling range and enables hand-held diamond drilling from Ø 12 mm. The machine delivers particularly efficient drilling performance, especially for small to medium diameters.

Thanks to the compact angle design and a total machine length of only 39 cm, you can work comfortably even in tight spaces, on a ladder, or overhead. With the quick-centering pin, you can start quickly and accurately, while the quick-change system ensures easy tool changes and fast removal of the drill core.

For safe operation, the DIA203W is equipped with a safety slip clutch with anti-lock protection. During dry drilling, the highly effective dust extraction ensures a clean and safe working environment. During wet drilling, you can precisely adjust the water flow, including water-saving fine dosing.

A screw-in additional handle supports an ergonomic, back-friendly working posture during vertical use. LED indicators show the power status and help with planning maintenance.

In addition, you can switch effortlessly between hand-held drilling and drilling on a drill stand. Electronic constant speed control ensures stable performance, while the speed can be infinitely adjusted via the control wheel. For extra protection, electronic overload protection and soft start are integrated.

The DUSS DIA203W is supplied as standard with a PRCD safety switch, side handle, additional handle, centering rod ZST, open-end wrenches SW 22 and SW 30, dry lubricant spray, and a robust tool case. This means you are ready for professional use immediately.
