The DUSS PK160A is an extremely powerful demolition hammer designed for heavy breaking and chiselling work where high performance and maximum reliability are essential. Thanks to its excellent impact power, advanced vibration damping, and robust construction, this machine is a full-fledged alternative to a pneumatic hammer, but with significantly greater operating comfort.

Applications

The PK160A is ideal for intensive breaking work, chiselling or enlarging openings, and for a wide range of general chiselling tasks. In addition, this powerful demolition hammer is perfectly suited for surface renovation and other heavy refurbishment work where continuous high performance is required.

In many situations, the PK160A can easily replace a pneumatic hammer thanks to its high chiselling performance combined with relatively low weight and optimal weight distribution. The switch lock enables effortless work during prolonged use, while the optimally balanced impact mechanism ensures precise control and maximum reliability.

Thanks to the active vibration damping system (RVA), the PK160A can be used for long periods without fatigue. The screw-in, vibration-damped additional handle supports a back-friendly working posture during vertical use. The vibration-damped D-handle further increases operating comfort.

LED indication supports optimal maintenance planning. The compact, robust housing made of aluminium and magnesium guarantees a long service life and excellent durability, even under harsh conditions. The automatic tool holder with integrated damping prevents no-load impacts, while the dust protection sleeve provides extra protection and extends the machine’s service life.

Electronic constant impact rate control ensures stable performance, even under varying load. The number of blows and the impact force can be infinitely adjusted via the control wheel. The robust 22 mm hex tool holder provides maximum stability and durability, even during intensive use. Thanks to permanent lubrication, the PK160A is completely maintenance-free.

Standard equipment

The DUSS PK160A is supplied with a vibration-damped D-handle, additional handle, a tube of grease, and a sturdy tool case for both the machine and the tools. This means you are fully equipped for heavy, professional chiselling and breaking work.
