The Erlo AX40 is designed for heavy industrial applications and provides a powerful solution for drilling and tapping. With a maximum drilling capacity of Ø40 mm in steel and a tapping capacity up to M33, this machine is ideal for demanding operations in workshops and production environments.

The gear drive of the AX40 ensures direct and stable power transmission. Combined with automatic feed, this delivers accurate and efficient results even during prolonged and intensive use. The 2.2 kW motor (400V) provides power and reliability for daily operations.
Selectable speed and broad usability
The machine offers 9 fixed speeds ranging from 132 to 1852 rpm, allowing you to easily choose the right setting for different materials. With a 175 mm spindle stroke and an MT4 spindle taper, the AX40 is compatible with a variety of tools and applications.
Heavy-duty build and stable operation
The 150 mm diameter column and robust cast-iron construction ensure stable, low-vibration operation. The 480 x 480 mm work table is height-adjustable and offers ample space for various workpieces. This drill press is built to deliver long-term top performance in any professional environment.
