ERLO BC50 VE

The Erlo BC50 VE is designed for intensive use in professional environments where high demands are placed on power, accuracy, and reliability. With a drilling capacity of up to Ø50 mm and a tapping capacity of up to M42 in steel, this machine is ideal for heavy-duty metalworking. Combined drive with electronic speed control

The BC50 VE is equipped with a hybrid drive system: a combination of V-belt and gear transmission, coupled with an electronic variator. This results in three switchable speed ranges with a speed setting from 30 to 1900 rpm. The powerful 4 kW motor (1500 rpm) delivers stable performance, even under heavy working conditions.

Efficient automatic feed and precise control

For extra productivity, the machine is equipped with an automatic feed with electromagnetic clutch. There are four adjustable feed speeds available: 0.1 – 0.2 – 0.3 – 0.4 mm per revolution. Ideal for deep drilling and serial work. In addition, the BC50 VE has features such as manual tapping via IR/RS, a sensitive fine adjustment at the front, and an adjustable depth stop for optimal control.

Sturdy construction and versatile work table

The machine is built on a solid cast iron frame with a 175 mm diameter column. The spacious 550 x 550 mm work table has three T-slots and can be rotated and tilted – perfect for complex workpieces. With a spindle stroke of 200 mm, a base of 950 x 550 mm, and a weight of 760 kg, the machine guarantees stability and vibration-free operation.

Fully equipped and safe to use

The BC50 VE complies with all modern CE safety standards. Equipped with an emergency stop, directional switch, micro-protected safety cover, built-in lighting, cooling system, and motor protection. Control is via a clear low-voltage system, neatly housed in a separate electrical cabinet.
