The Erlo BX40 has been developed for professionals who demand high standards of power, precision, and durability. With a drilling capacity of up to Ø40 mm in steel and a tapping capacity of up to M33, this machine can be used for both light and intensive industrial applications.
Reliable power source and gear drive
Equipped with a powerful 2.2 kW motor at 400V, the BX40 delivers consistent performance effortlessly, even during prolonged use. The robust gear drive ensures direct power transmission without slippage. Thanks to the automatic feed with mechanical clutch, the feed remains accurate and constant, ideal for repeatable operations.
Adjustable speeds and tool compatibility
The machine offers 9 fixed speeds, ranging from 132 to 1852 revolutions per minute. This makes it easy to select the right speed for different materials. The 175 mm spindle stroke and MT4 spindle mount ensure compatibility with a wide range of drills and tap sleeves.
Robust design for daily industrial use
With a column diameter of 150 mm and a sturdy cast iron base, the BX40 is built for stability and durability. The large 480 x 480 mm work table is height adjustable and suitable for a variety of workpieces, from small to medium size.
