The Erlo GP50 is specifically developed for intensive metalworking where high precision and reliability are essential. Direct gear drive with 9 fixed speeds

Thanks to the robust gear drive and 9 preset speeds from 132 to 1852 rpm, the GP50 always offers the right balance between power and speed. The direct mechanical transmission guarantees long-lasting performance with minimal wear.

Consistent performance with automatic feed

For production work and deep drilling, the GP50 is equipped with automatic feed via an electromagnetic clutch. Three adjustable feed rates (0.10 – 0.30 mm per revolution) ensure accurate and repeatable results, ideal for manufacturing operations.

Solid build for maximum stability

With a spindle stroke of 180 mm, an MT4 spindle taper and a 150 mm column diameter, the GP50 provides a stable base for accurate operations. The large 480 x 480 mm work table features T-slots for easy clamping of workpieces. With a total weight of 450 kg, the machine remains stable even under heavy load.

Safe and CE-compliant

The GP50 meets modern safety requirements and is supplied as standard with an emergency stop, forward/reverse switch, drill guard with microswitch and low-voltage controls. This ensures a safe and ergonomic working environment.
