Manufactured in Altenmarkt, Germany, the DONAUALPHA features a robust cast-iron design and a user-friendly interface, making it an excellent choice for both small and large projects.
Features of the DONAUALPHA
The DONAUALPHA is designed with the user in mind. With a drilling capacity of 25 mm in E 335 (St 60), users can handle a broad range of applications efficiently. The machine can be equipped with up to three fixed rotary tables, providing maximum flexibility when machining both large and small workpieces.
In addition, the swivel tables are ideal for drilling and tapping workpieces at different angles. With a reach of 900 mm, an adjustable W-axis (column), and a swivel movement of 325 degrees, workpieces up to 1400 mm in height can be machined easily. The DONAUALPHA enables simultaneous movement in three axes, allowing operators to quickly and easily move to drilling or tapping positions.
A standout feature of the DONAUALPHA is its self-centring positioning accuracy, which simplifies serial drilling and tapping of pilot holes and reduces the need for frequent tool changes. Ergonomics are also a priority: the table height of 905 mm ensures an optimal position relative to the spindle head, providing clear visibility of the machining process and allowing the operator to work upright.
