The DONAUFLEX 135 can be equipped with up to three fixed worktables, providing maximum flexibility when machining large, small, or long workpieces. The swivel tables are also extremely useful for drilling and tapping workpieces at angled positions. The machine can handle long travel paths and workpiece heights up to 1500 mm, making it suitable for a broad range of projects.
One of the key advantages is the easy, shifting simultaneous movement in three axes, allowing the operator to quickly adjust the drilling or tapping position. The self-centring positioning accuracy makes series drilling, aligning, and tapping easier, resulting in fewer tool changes. In addition, the DONAUFLEX is ergonomically designed, with a worktable height of 905 mm ensuring an optimal position relative to the spindle head.
Thanks to the low axis friction force of approximately 35 N, sliding movements in radial and angular directions are smooth, allowing tools to be moved quickly and accurately into any working position.
