The DUSS DIA300W is a versatile and powerful diamond drilling machine for both wet and dry drilling. Thanks to the combination of precision, ease of use, and reliability, this machine is ideal for a wide range of construction and installation applications, even in hard-to-reach areas or when working on a ladder.

Applications

The DIA300W is suitable for drilling in a wide range of materials, including concrete, granite, marble, masonry, sand-lime brick, poroton, and plastic. Thanks to its compact design, the machine can also be used in confined spaces where little manoeuvring room is available.

Drilling can be carried out hand-held, but also on a drill stand or drill rig, depending on the material and the required accuracy. The DIA300W supports both wet drilling and dry drilling with dust extraction, making the machine versatile for different working environments. In addition, the machine is ideal for connection drillings in sewer pipes.

Advantages of the DIA300W

With the quick-centering pin, you can start drilling easily and accurately. The quick-change system enables rapid tool changes and easy removal of the drill core, significantly increasing productivity.

The machine is equipped with a safety slip clutch with anti-lock protection for safe operation and provides precise adjustment of the water flow with water-saving fine dosing. During dry drilling, the highly effective dust extraction ensures a clean and safe working environment.

For ergonomic working, an additional screw-in handle can be fitted, which is especially helpful for vertical applications to help prevent back strain. In addition, you can switch effortlessly between hand-held drilling and drilling on a drill stand.

The DIA300W features electronic constant speed control for stable performance, while the speed can be infinitely adjusted via the control wheel. Electronic overload protection and soft start provide extra protection for both user and machine.

The DUSS DIA300W is supplied with a PRCD safety switch, side handle, additional handle, centering rod ZST, open-end wrenches SW 22 and SW 30, dry lubricant spray, and a robust tool case. This provides everything you need to start professional work immediately.
