The DUSS DIA52W is a precise and powerful diamond drilling machine for wet drilling in hard and abrasive materials. Applications

The DIA52W is designed for producing clean drill holes in reinforced concrete, marble, sandstone, natural stone, and tiles. The machine is perfectly suited for through-holes for pipes and high-voltage cables, as well as holes for reinforcing steel.

In addition, the DIA52W is highly suitable for installation holes for stair and bridge railings, fencing, plug holes, and sanitary or heating installations. This diamond drilling machine also delivers reliable and accurate results in garden and landscape construction, stonemasonry, steel and metal construction, and facade construction.

With the DIA52W, you can drill accurately and precisely in a diameter range of Ø 8 – 42 mm, with drilling depths up to 600 mm. The machine operates with low vibration and low noise, providing extra comfort and reducing strain during prolonged use. Thanks to the powerful motor, you can drill effortlessly through reinforcement.

The quick-change system enables easy tool changes and fast removal of the drill core. In addition, the water flow can be adjusted precisely, with water-saving fine dosing for optimal use.

The DIA52W is equipped with a safety slip clutch with anti-lock protection and a screw-in additional handle that supports a back-friendly working posture during vertical applications. LED indicators clearly show the power level and maintenance status.

The machine allows quick switching between hand-held drilling and drilling on a drill stand. Electronic constant speed control guarantees stable performance, while the speed can be infinitely adjusted via the control wheel. Optionally, the DIA52W can be expanded with the water extraction sets WSET 42150 or WSET 42300 for reliable water removal during drilling.

Electronic overload protection and soft start provide extra protection for both user and machine and increase operating comfort.

Standard equipment

The DUSS DIA52W is supplied with a PRCD safety switch, side handle, additional handle, dry lubricant spray, and a sturdy tool case. This gives you a complete set for professional wet drilling right away.
