Van Dulst Techniek and HSG laser cutting machines
For decades, Van Dulst Techniek has been known as a specialist in providing solutions for processing profile materials in both steel and aluminium. Recently, a partnership has been established with HSG, a leading supplier in the field of laser processing and cutting.
HSG offers an extensive range of laser processing machines, complete with advanced automation options. We are particularly enthusiastic about the versatile machining capabilities offered by the HSG machines, with some models even equipped with an additional drilling spindle for tapping and flow drilling. In our view, this represents the future of steel and aluminium processing.
HSG offers, among other things:
- An extensive range of high-quality machines with innovative features.
- A team of 1,700 qualified employees, supported by 300 R&D specialists, producing 8,000 sheet and profile lasers annually.
- In-house developed 3D and 5-axis cutting heads.
- Proprietary chucks, double-executed with feed-through rollers and clamping systems.
- The HSG-X9000 CNC bus system, including HSG nesting software and zero tailing.
HSG TL730S
