The Cosen C-420 NC is an advanced sawing machine specifically developed for the industrial sector and metalworking professionals. With a maximum capacity of 420 mm and a robust double-column saw frame, this machine delivers outstanding performance and reliability. The powerful drive, equipped with a 5.5 kW motor (optional 7.5 kW), makes the Cosen C-420 NC an excellent choice for intensive use.
Innovative Features of the Cosen C-420 NC
The Cosen C-420 NC features a double-column saw frame, heavy-duty drive system, and a 5.5 kW motor (optional 7.5 kW). Using Cosen’s innovative SNC-100 touchscreen control, combined with a Mitsubishi PLC unit, each job can be easily programmed. The SNC-100 system can store up to 100 sawing jobs and automatically compensates for blade thickness when cutting lengths exceed the feed stroke. The single feed stroke ranges from 0 to 500 mm.
Blade scraping and clamping are prevented by the blade life extension function. This retract module ensures a smoother cut. Any cut length up to 99 metres can be set. Bundle capacity ranges from a minimum of 100 to 190 mm and a maximum of 355 to 175 mm.
