Features of the Cosen C-620NC
The Cosen C-620NC is equipped with a double-column saw frame, a heavy-duty drive system, and a user-friendly programmable control. The saw frame can be easily mitred to any angle between 90° and 30°. Using the innovative SNC-100 touchscreen control with a Mitsubishi PLC unit, each job can be programmed with ease.
The SNC-100 system can store up to 100 sawing jobs and automatically compensates for blade thickness when cutting lengths exceed the feed stroke. The single feed stroke ranges from 0 to 600 mm. The blade life extension function prevents scraping and clamping, ensuring a cleaner cut.

The drive system is designed to withstand high lateral forces and prevent thermal overload, extending machine lifespan. Reduced vibration, thanks to double columns and a heavy cast-iron saw table, ensures consistent cutting quality.
