The Cosen C4 is an advanced sawing machine designed to meet the demands of modern industry. Features of the Cosen C4
COSEN C4 is equipped with a 5.6 kW saw motor, a 41 mm bandsaw blade, a solid double-column design, and a clear control panel.
The Cosen C4 offers the latest SNC-100 touchscreen control, linked to a Mitsubishi PLC unit with a 14.5” colour touchscreen, allowing every job to be programmed easily.
Using the SNC-100 system, the operator can quickly program parameters such as cut length and required quantities.
The SNC system can store up to 999 sawing jobs and automatically compensates kerf thickness for cut lengths. Any cut length up to 99 mm can be set.

Construction and Drive
The Cosen C4 is designed to minimise saw band tension through double-column guidance. The round columns provide smooth surfaces, while a bridge above the columns reduces vibration.
The drive system is specifically designed for high forces, making the Cosen C4 unique. This powerful drive prevents thermal overload and extends machine service life. Band speed is infinitely adjustable via LED readout on the control panel, and the saw feed is driven by a servo motor with a robust ball screw.

The Cosen C4 is supplied as standard with excellent accessories such as the CE-compliant “Blade Clip” device for easy blade changes, LED lighting, and various tools in the toolbox.
