Cosen C2 is equipped with a 3.75 kW saw motor and a 34 mm bandsaw blade, providing a maximum cutting capacity of 260 mm. The clear control panel and solid double-column design make operation simple and efficient. The SNC-100 system, linked to a Mitsubishi PLC unit with a 14.5” colour touchscreen, enables the operator to program each sawing job with ease.
With the SNC-100 system, parameters such as cut length and required quantities can be set quickly. Users can store up to 100 sawing jobs, and the machine automatically compensates for kerf thickness when cutting to length. Any cut length up to 99 mm can be set.
