COSEN G320+

The Cosen G320+ is a robust double-column bandsaw with a massive base, a heavy-duty saw bow, an extremely heavy gearbox, and a 3.75 kW drive motor. The machine features a user-friendly programmable control and a modern new look.

In line with the latest safety standards, the machine is equipped with an enclosure for extra protection.

The status light on top is a new standard feature, as well as improved rear accessibility via two access doors. The front doors open for easy access when changing the blade and for cleaning and inspecting the saw bed, chip brush, and wheels. The side panels also open via hinged doors with safety switches for safe, easy access.

Variable speed: Frequency controlled, 20 ~ 100 m/min.

Double main vice: Material clamped on both sides of the blade; remnant approx. 50 mm.

Clamping pressure control: For main and feed clamps.

Material clamp retract system: Helps increase blade life after the cut.

Hydraulic chip conveyor: With driven chip brush for effective chip removal.
