The COSEN G-420 is a robust, fully hydraulically controlled production bandsaw with a clear, easy-to-use control panel.
Features
14.5 cm Touch Screen Control: Mitsubishi PLC technology with 100 programs.
User-friendly control: Infinitely adjustable hydraulic feed and cutting pressure.
Angled saw frame: Precision-ground double columns reduce torsion and vibration.
Automatic hydraulic blade tensioning system: Extends blade life.
Carbide blade guidance: Ball bearings and anti-vibration rollers prevent blade vibration.
Variable speed: Frequency controlled, 20 ~ 100 m/min.
Split-vice main clamp: Clamps material on both sides of the blade; remnant approx. 50 mm.
Clamping pressure control: For main and feed clamps.
Material clamp retract system: Helps increase blade life after the cut.
Hydraulic chip conveyor: With driven chip brush for effective chip removal.
